Overview
The Teams page lets administrators structure the workspace into teams. A team is made up of a manager and the people who report to them.
Access the Page
- In Administration, click Teams in the sidebar (Management section).
Available Views
- List — Table of teams showing the manager, team name, members, and actions.
- Chart — Visual org chart of the workspace's team hierarchy.
Create a Team
- Click Create team.
- Choose the team's manager.
- Name the team and add its members (the manager's direct reports).
- Confirm the creation.
What Manager Status Changes
Manager status is derived automatically from teams: it is granted to anyone who leads a team (or has direct reports) and revoked when they lose their last report. It is not a role you can assign from the Members page.
A manager gains, regardless of their base role (Admin, Creator, or Member):
- The My Team page — an engagement and usage dashboard for their team (see the Track Your Team article).
- The Analytics section of the administration — with results strictly limited to their team's data (themselves plus their direct and indirect reports).
Teams can be nested: a manager also sees indirect reports through their reports' own teams.
