Conversational Analytics

Overview

Conversational Analytics is an AI-powered data analysis interface. Ask questions about your data in natural language and receive tables, charts, and insights in return.

Access Conversational Analytics

  1. In Administration, click Analytics in the sidebar (Workspace section).

How to Use the Interface

  1. Type your question in the "Ask a question about your data..." field.
  2. Select the scope: All coaches or a specific coach via the selector.
  3. The AI analyzes your question, queries the data, and returns a structured response.

Example Questions

  • "How many active learners do we have this week?"
  • "What is the average completion rate per coach?"
  • "Show me enrollment trends over the last 30 days."
  • "Who are the most active learners?"
  • "How many activities were generated this month?"

Response Types

Responses can include:

  • Data tables — Structured results in columns.
  • Charts — Visualizations (line charts, bar charts, etc.).
  • Narrative explanations — Summary and interpretation of results.

Available Actions

  • Copy — Copy the response to the clipboard.
  • Thumbs up/down — Rate the quality of the response.
  • Bookmark — Save the conversation for later reference.
  • Attachment — Attach a file to enrich your question's context.
