Overview
The Analytics tab on a coach detail page provides performance metrics to track the effectiveness of your AI coach.
Access Analytics
- Go to Administration and click on the desired coach.
- Select the Analytics tab.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Six KPI cards are displayed at the top of the page:
- Total learners — Total number of learners enrolled in the coach.
- Active learners — Number of learners who recently interacted.
- Completed — Number of learners who finished the program.
- Average progress — Average progress percentage across all learners.
- Total messages — Total messages exchanged with the coach.
- Total activities — Number of generated activities (quizzes, presentations, etc.).
Charts
- Enrollment timeline — Line chart showing enrollment trends over time.
Using Analytics
Analytics allow you to:
- Identify the most popular and engaging coaches.
- Track learning program completion rates.
- Measure learner engagement through message counts.
- Assess whether content generates sufficient activities.
