Overview
The Usage and Billing sections in your settings let you track your workspace's consumption and manage your Forge subscription.
Access These Settings
- Open Settings (via your avatar).
- Select Usage or Billing from the menu.
Usage: Plan Limits and AI Credits
The Usage section shows your plan limits and the workspace's AI credit consumption.
- Plan limits — Members and coaches used against your plan limit (for example "70 / ∞").
- AI credits — Total credits consumed in the current period, with a monthly reset date.
- Consumption by member — A breakdown of credits consumed by each member during the month.
How Credits Are Counted
Each action has a fixed credit cost based on its intensity. Heavier runs can move up one level; generated activities follow their type.
- Low — quick utilities and light LLM calls: 1 credit.
- Medium — standard coach interactions and admin tasks: 5 credits.
- High — rich generation and heavier multi-step runs: 25 credits.
- Very high — premium media and full coaching plans: 100 credits.
Billing: Plan and Subscription
The Billing section shows your current plan, its renewal, and subscription management (for example "Demo · Unlimited coaches · Unlimited members").
Best Practices
- Watch credit consumption toward the end of the period to anticipate needs.
- Use the per-member breakdown to identify the most intensive usage.
