Overview
Forge allows you to connect your professional tools to enrich conversations with your AI coach. The coach can query your tools in real time to provide contextualized answers.
Connection Types
All tools are gathered in a single catalog, where each card carries one or more badges indicating its type:
- Content — Document sources for the coach's knowledge base (Google Drive, Notion, OneDrive / SharePoint, Rise Up, Zoom Docs).
- In-chat — Tools queryable in real time during conversations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Databricks Genie, Jira, Confluence, Gong, Billabex).
- Context — Sources of contextual information such as HR or CRM data (Lucca, Klara HR, HubSpot, Rise Up).
- Calendar — Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, for your meetings and the meeting assistant.
Connect a Tool
- Go to Settings > Tools.
- Under Available tools, browse the catalog by group (CRM, Support, Meeting, etc.) or use the Calendar / Content / Context / In-chat filters.
- Click Connect next to the desired tool.
- Follow the authentication instructions (OAuth or API key depending on the tool).
Tools marked Coming soon cannot be connected yet. Some tools (e.g. Gong, Databricks Genie) show Org config required: an administrator must first fill in the workspace-level configuration.
Manage Your Connections
The Connected tools section at the top of the page lists your connections. For each one, you can:
- View sync status.
- Refresh the sync.
- Edit the configuration (pencil icon).
- Delete the connection (trash icon).
Bring Your Own Tool (REST / MCP)
Tool not in the catalog? The Bring your own section lets you connect any service exposing a REST API (mapped to content or context) or an MCP server (in-chat tools). Contact Forge support to set it up.
