Overview
Chatting with an AI coach is the core learning experience in Forge. In a chat interface, the coach teaches you content, follows the learning program, asks questions, and adapts to your pace.
Personalization from Your First Session
During your first conversations, the coach may ask a few questions about your personal context (goals, preferred learning style, experience level…) before starting the lesson. Your answers are saved in your Memory (accessible via Settings > Context) and are used to personalize all future sessions. The coach will skip these questions once your profile is already filled in.
Conversation Features
Conversational Teaching
The coach explains concepts, asks comprehension questions, provides examples, and guides you through the learning program.
Multi-language Support
The coach responds in your language (automatically detected or configured in your settings).

Coach messages include an expandable "Show sources (N)" section showing which reference documents were used.
