Overview
In addition to conversations, your AI coach can generate various learning activities to reinforce your knowledge in an interactive and engaging way.
Available Activity Types
- Presentation — Generates a visual slideshow summarizing key concepts.
- Podcast — Creates an educational audio podcast on the topic.
- Flashcards — Generates interactive memory cards for review.
- Role play / Simulation — Creates a practice scenario played by voice with an AI counterpart (see "Voice Simulation" below).
- Quiz — Generates a quiz with MCQ and open-ended questions.
- Checklist — Creates a list of key takeaways or action items.
How to Generate an Activity
- From the home page, click one of the activity buttons (Presentation, Podcast, etc.).
- Or ask directly in the conversation: "Generate a quiz on this chapter."
- The activity is generated based on the current section of the program.
Voice Simulation (Role Play)
A Simulation is a real-time voice conversation with a character played by the AI (a customer, a colleague, a manager…), built from your coach's content. It is available with every coach: ask for it in the conversation ("Help me create a voice role play") or use the "Launch simulation" quick action.
Prerequisites: a microphone and permission to use it (the simulation cannot start without it). For the best experience, use headphones and find a quiet place.
How it works:
- The Prepare your simulation screen recaps the scenario and your objective. Click Start.
- Forge checks the microphone, prepares the audio and starts the conversation. Speak naturally: the indicator cycles through Listening, Thinking and Speaking at each turn.
- The simulation ends when the scenario is complete or when you end it (a simulation lasts about ten minutes at most).
- A debrief is displayed: objective reached or not, score, summary, strengths, areas to improve and next steps. Click Restart to play the simulation again.
Your sessions are saved and the debrief is computed by Forge from the transcript of the exchange, so your coach can build on it later in your learning path.
Finding Your Activities
All generated activities are accessible in the Activities sidebar panel on the conversation page:
- Click "Activities (N)" to expand the list.
- Each activity shows its type, a title, and creation date.
- Click an activity to review it.
- Activities are sorted in reverse chronological order.
Settings That Influence Activities
- Preferred content length (My memory) — Influences the length of generated activities.
- Podcast topic interest (My memory) — Influences podcast themes.
