Overview
User settings allow you to personalize your Forge experience, manage your profile, and configure your preferences.
Access Settings
Click on your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to open settings.
Account
- Avatar — Change your profile picture.
- First and last name — Update your identity.
- Email — Your email address (read-only).
Preferences
- Language — Choose the interface language (French, English, etc.). This setting may also influence the coach's response language.
- Theme — Select the appearance: Light, Dark, or System.
Security
- Change password — Enter your current password then the new one.
- Log out from all devices — Close all your active sessions.
My Memory
The coach automatically memorizes certain information from your conversations (preferences, topics of interest, etc.). You can:
- View memorized items.
- Search for a specific item.
- Delete items individually.
Delete Your Account
At the bottom of the Account page, click Delete account. This action is permanent and deletes all your data. Confirmation is required.
