Using it during conversations
Once connected, your AI coach queries Google Meet in real time (read-only) whenever your question needs information about your meetings, for example:
- Retrieve details of a Google Meet meeting space.
- Prepare for an upcoming meeting or follow up afterwards.
- Ground a coaching conversation in the context of your meetings.
Prerequisites: a Google account with access to Google Meet. In version 1, access is limited to meeting spaces (read-only); no Google Drive access is requested.
Managing the connection
- Check status — Make sure the connection is active and healthy.
- Edit — Update the authentication settings.
Removing the connection
- Go to Settings > Tools.
- Find the Google Meet connection and click Remove (trash icon).
- Confirm in the confirmation dialog.
Implications of removal:
- The coach immediately loses access to your Google Meet meeting space information and can no longer query it during conversations.
- Ongoing conversations are not interrupted, but any request involving Google Meet will be reported as unavailable.
- Data: Forge stores no Google Meet data permanently — the integration is real-time and read-only, and no copy is retained after removal. The OAuth authorization is revoked on the Forge side.
- You can reconnect Google Meet at any time by repeating the connection steps.
