HubSpot

Overview

HubSpot integrates with Forge in two complementary ways depending on your use case:

  • Coach tool (MCP) — The coach queries your HubSpot CRM data in real time during conversations (contacts, deals, companies).
  • Context provider — HubSpot data enriches the coach's background context for more relevant answers without an explicit query.

Connect HubSpot as a coach tool (MCP)

  1. Go to Settings > Tools.
  2. Under Coach tools, find HubSpot and click + Add.
  3. Follow the HubSpot OAuth authentication flow.
  4. Configure access permissions as needed.
  5. Save the connection.

Once connected, your coach can query HubSpot on demand: "Show me the open deals for this account", "What's the status of this contact?", etc.

Connect HubSpot as a context provider

  1. Go to Settings > Tools.
  2. Under Context providers, find HubSpot and click + Add.
  3. Authenticate via OAuth.
  4. Configure which CRM data to include in the shared coach context.
  5. Save the connection.

The coach then uses HubSpot data as background context to enrich its answers, even without an explicit request from you.

Manage the connection

  • Check status — Ensure the connection is active and working.
  • Edit — Update authentication settings.
  • Delete — Remove the integration.
