Create an Account

  1. Go to app.forgelearning.com.
  2. Click Sign up.
  3. Choose your sign-up method:
    • Email + password — Fill in the form with your email and password.
    • Google sign-in — Click "Continue with Google".
    • Apple sign-in — Click "Continue with Apple".
    • Rise Up sign-in (SSO) — If your organization uses Rise Up, click "Continue with Rise Up" to sign in with single sign-on (SSO) using your Rise Up credentials, with no extra password to remember.
  4. Confirm your email address if needed.

Join a Workspace

There are three ways to join a workspace:

  • By email invitation — An admin sends you an email invitation. Click the link in the email to join.
  • By shared invitation link — An admin shares an invitation link with you (for example through your company chat). Opening it shows a page previewing the workspace you are about to join. If you don't have an account yet, sign up first: the link is kept through sign-up or sign-in, and you join the workspace as a Member. Note that these links have an expiry date and may be restricted to certain email domains.
  • Create your own — After signing up, you can create your own workspace.

Verifying Your Email Address

To join a workspace through a shared invitation link or a referral code, your email address must be verified. This makes sure that a link restricted to an email domain (for example acme.com) can only be used by someone who actually owns an address on that domain.

Depending on how you sign in, verification is either automatic or requires one extra step:

  • Nothing to do — If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Rise Up (SSO), or if you have already joined a workspace through a personal email invitation, your address is treated as verified.
  • One-time code — If you use an email + password account created before this change, a 6-digit code is emailed to you the first time you use an invitation link or a referral code. Enter it to finish joining the workspace. This step only happens once.

Completing a password reset also verifies your email address.

Didn't receive the code? Check your spam folder, then request a new one from the code entry screen. If the problem persists, contact your admin or visit our support page.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace is an isolated environment containing its own coaches, members, and data. You can belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them.
