Connect Klara HR to enrich your AI coach with competency data from your HR assessment platform. The coach can then personalize learning paths based on each learner's competency profile.

How to connect Klara HR
- Go to Settings > Tools.
- Under Context providers, find Klara HR and click + Add.
- Enter your Klara HR API key or authenticate via OAuth.
- Configure which competency data types to share with coaches.
- Save the connection.
How it's used
Once connected, Klara HR competency data enriches the context sent to your AI coaches. For example, the coach can:
- Adapt difficulty based on the learner's competency profile.
- Recommend priority sections based on detected skill gaps.
- Contextualize answers using your organization's competency framework.
Manage the connection
- Check status — Ensure the connection is active.
- Edit — Update authentication settings.
- Delete — Remove the Klara HR integration.
